TABLE DESK
These can be any brand or style, but are individual desks which require a chair.
ARM-STYLE DESK
Similar to those used in most colleges; does not have the full front desk board. Usually has a metal or wire book rack.
FULL-FRONT DESK
These desks have a full desk top board which may come in several shapes. Most will have a book rack.
DESK WITH FRONT LEGS
Same as the previous desk except it will have two front legs for braces. Most will have book racks.
TEACHER/OFFICE DESK - ONE SIDED DRAWERS
These desk have only one side of drawers.
TEACHER/OFFICE DESK - TWO SIDED DRAWERS
These desk have two sides of drawers.
SECRETARY STYLE DESK
These desk have a side portion that adjoins the main desk.
STACK CHAIRS
Any chair used by students, or teachers, which is designed to be stacked.
FOLDING CHAIRS
Any chair that folds, metal or wood.
TEACHER AND OFFICE CHAIRS
Chairs with rollers or other legs that are "nonstackable"
HIGH BACK AND UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS
Executive/lounge-stle chairs.
FOLDING TABLES 5', 6', or 7'
5', 6', or 7' tables are to be counted as 6'.
FOLDING TABLES 8', 9', or 10'
8', 9', or 10' tables are to be counted as 8'.
COMPUTER TABLES
Any table/desk/cart specifically designed to accommodate a computer.
RETANGULAR TABLES
Any rectangular table that does not fold.
TRAPEZOIDAL TABLES
Any trapezoidal or "odd shaped" table fits within this category.
ROUND TABLES
Any round table.
KIDNEY-SHAPED TABLES
Include half circle tables.
FILING CABINETS 2 OR 3 DRAWER
Two or Three drawer file cabinets are the same.
FILING CABINETS 4 OR 5 DRAWER
Four or five drawer file cabinets are the same.
Other Electronic Items not on school inventory
Items purchased with teacher fee money such as classroom printers,radios, speaker systems, listening centers, etc.
Personal Equipment
List the items you have bought with your own money that you would like to have on record. These items are not covered by school insurance should they be stolen, damaged or destroyed while at school.
Classroom Rug(s)
Rugs that are NOT Personal.
