The administrators and teachers in the Pell City School System worked collaboratively to construct the PCSS Hallmarks of High Quality Instruction. These characteristics reflect the curriculum and instructional goals emphasized throughout the K-12 academic program. By focusing on these select areas, PCSS educators believe they will provide an optimal level of teaching that will result in an optimal level of student learning and achievement.
