Printing Report Cards

1. Remind teachers that the deadline to make any change to grades will END on Midnight on Wednesday, October 13th. After this date, the grades will be locked and no grades can be changed unless it is a very special circumstance. Once grades are set, you can go to the next step to check on teacher completion.

Administration/Office Staff/Counselors-Unlocking Gradebook for Corrections Due to Special Circumstances

1. It is important that you know what teacher, their course/grade period and students that is needing to be updated when you pull grades for report card. Some schools have created a Google Spreadsheet for that, others are just writing it down. This list will be important for storing permanent grades.

2. Unlock the Gradebook/Q1 for teacher(s). Kara has done this for Q1 for you. Grades can be adjusted until the FINAL deadline given by Ms. Costello and Ms. Funderburg.

3. Once teachers have verified grades are correct, contact Kara (via chat, email, phone) and say you are ready to print report cards. Grades will then be pulled for permanent scoring. Once the grades have been pulled, you can then print report cards.

4. Please give Kara the list of students whose grades have been updated in order to run the permanent scoring process.

5. Report Cards can be printed.  Printing Report Cards
